Terms of Service for Training Services provided by Outlife through www.outlife.in and its offices in India. Last Updated 01 Jul 2022
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the use of the training services ("Services") provided by Outlife ("Company") through its Website, www.outlife.in ("Website"), to the Customer ("Customer").
1. Acceptance of Terms: By accessing or using the Services, the Customer agrees to be bound by these Terms. If the Customer does not agree to these Terms, they should not access or use the Services.
2. Description of Services: The Services provided by the Company include trainings for team building, outbound training, experiential learing including all the material, props and training materials, videos, webinars, and other resources related to experiential learning activities and experiences. The Customer may use these resources for personal or business use only.
3. Payment: The Customer agrees to pay the fees for the Services as set forth by the Company. Payment may be made by credit card, debit card, net banking, or other accepted methods. The Customer agrees to provide accurate and complete payment information.
3.1 Service Charge: For third party bookings like resorts, hotels and campsite done through us there will be a 20% service charge above the actual costs.
4. Refunds / Cancellations: The cancellation policy for bookings with Outlife varies depending on the venue, type of training, learning experience and duration. However, most experiences we offer a refund based on the following.
50% refund if canncelled 30 days prior to the event date,
75% refund if cancelled 15 days prior to the experience date.
Events that are cancelled within 15 days will attract 100% cancellation charges.
You can find the cancellation policy for each training experience in the proposal and on the website.
5. Intellectual Property: The Company retains all ownership and intellectual property rights in the Services, including all training materials, videos, and webinars. The Customer may use these resources only for personal or business use and may not reproduce or distribute them without the Company's written consent.
6. Confidentiality: The Company agrees to keep all information provided by the Customer confidential. It will not share it with any third party except as required by law.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties: The Company makes no warranties express or implied, with respect to the Services provided, including but not limited to any warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. The Services are provided "as is" and the Customer assumes all risk associated with their use.
8. Limitation of Liability: The Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the Services, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses, even if the Company has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
9. Termination: Either party may terminate these Terms at any time by providing written notice to the other party. Upon termination, the Customer's access to the Services will be immediately revoked.
10. Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without giving effect to its conflict of laws principles. The courts of Hyderabad will have the jurisdiction in case of any disputes.
11. Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the Customer and the Company and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written, between the parties.
12. Amendments: The Company may amend these Terms at any time by posting the amended terms on its Website. The Customer's continued use of the Services after such posting constitutes acceptance of the amended terms
13. Severability: Suppose any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable. In that case, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
14. Waiver: The failure of either party to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision
