Outbound Training Activities
Outbound training activities are largely conducted in spacious outdoor locations away from familiar office environments . Outbound Training Activities usually include a mix of adventure, outdoor and group development exercises and simulations that are designed to challenge the team to plan, strategize and work together and simulate circumstances and behaviors that are found at the workplace.
The outbound actvities are designed to engage the participants in a holistic manner that involes physical, emotional, intellectual and social aspects. The outbound training activities also create a learning envrioment for insightful moments of personal change and team discovery that are refleccted upon through a process of debriefing that helps to carriy the learnings to the workplace.
