Rappelling is the controlled descent down a rock face using a rope; Climbers use this technique when a cliff or slope is too steep and or dangerous to descend without protection.
Rappelling Increases confidence and risk taking ability and helps the participants overcome mental blocks. This is more evident and possible when done with the support and motivation in a group setting

Zip Line

A zip line is a recreational activity or transportation method that involves a pulley suspended on a sloped, usually stainless steel cable. You are harnessed into the pulley and zip down the cable by gravity. Here's a breakdown of its key features:

Valley Crossing involves two parallel ropes strung across a valley. You would be harnessed and need to use your upper body strength and balance to move hand-over-hand across the ropes, effectively "crossing" the valley.
Valley Crossing is somewhat similar to Rappelling but more difficult as there is no gravity to pull you down. here you have to use you hands to move horizontally across the valley to the other side and back - got some bicep/triceps and deltoids muscles - use them here
