Outdoor Leaders

Responsibilities:

• Support corporate teams, groups on outdoor tours and events.
• Focusing on customer delight when on delivery and post-delivery engagement.
• Identifying / recommending, selecting and handling appropriate outdoor events and activities.
• Responsible for on the field operations.
• Solely able to manage an event/ outdoor activity / programs successful.
• Taking care of post sales activities.

Requirements:

• At least one year of experience in events, outdoors and group handling.
• Certification in Basic Mountaineering or 2 years experience with adventure and outdoor events.
• Good working knowledge on the event management.
• Very strong in communication skills.
• Available to travel frequently and to work with energy.
• To individually own and take responsibility in work.
• A go getter and crack pressures attitude.
• Flexible to learn and evolve in time. 

Business Development Manager

The position’s primary purpose is to develop business with clients for their Outbound Training and Adventure Travel requirements

Responsibilities

• Market Research on Industry.
• Identify list of prospects & specific points of synergy.
• Identify new potential areas for developing business.
• Contacting the prospects for business development
• Pitch and gather client requirements
  
• Prepare customized proposals for various companies.
• Get the deals complete with them.
• Innovate & come up with new channels of developing business.
• Liaise with Operations Support Manager and Trainers to support Client Needs

Desired Skills and Experience

• 1 – 4 Years of experience in sales, marketing or BD
• Candidates working in Hyderabad will be preferred.
• Excellent Communication and Negotiating skills.
• Internet Research and Search Engine Savvy
• Experience with and understanding of web based CRM’s/ERP’s
• Well versed in MS Office
• The capacity to work well on your own or in a team
• The ability to manage your time and plan your day effectively
• Good organizational skills and the ability to understand detailed information.
• Good interpersonal skills to form effective working relationships with people at all levels.
