Refund Policy: The refund policy for bookings of trainign services with Outlife varies depending on the training session booked, venue and duration. However, for most training sessions we offer the following refunds
4. Refunds / Cancellations: The cancellation policy for bookings with Outlife varies depending on the venue, type of training, learning experience and duration. However, most experiences we offer a refund based on the following.
50% refund if canncelled 30 days prior to the event date,
75% refund if cancelled 15 days prior to the experience date.
Events that are cancelled within 15 days will attract 100% cancellation charges.
You can find the cancellation policy for each training experience in the proposal and on the website.
The refund for bookings of third party venues done through us will depend on the refund policy of the third party provider and we will accordingly inform you the thrid party refund policy in the proposal. Any purchses made towards training materials will not be refunded and you can choose to take delivery of the material from our office.
Refund Request: To request a refund, please get in touch with our customer support team at [[email protected]] with your name, email address, and order number. Once we receive your request, we will process your refund to your bank account within 5-7 business days as per the refund / cancellation policy. The refunds will be made to the same bank account from which the payment was made.
Please note that refunds can only be issued for the amount paid for the training services and not for any other expenses, such as travel or accommodation that is done with third parties and any refund will depend on the refund policies of the specific third parties.
